Purchasing Assistant (Full-Time | Remote | AU Client)
  • Salary: ₱45,000 – ₱50,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Purchasing Assistant to support an Australian-based client. This role is primarily administrative, focused on raising purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring the smooth flow of purchasing operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong admin experience who enjoys working with systems, processes, and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raise and process purchase orders (POs) based on approved requests
  • Ensure all order details (quantities, pricing, supplier info) are accurate and complete
  • Send approved POs to suppliers and confirm receipt
  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding order status, availability, and delivery timelines
  • Track and follow up on outstanding orders
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date purchasing records and documentation
  • Perform accurate data entry and assist with reporting
  • Support the implementation and use of inventory management systems
  • Assist with improving purchasing and administrative processes
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative, purchasing, or similar role
  • Very strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Nice to Have
  • Experience in purchasing or procurement
  • Exposure to inventory or ERP systems
  • Experience working with international (AU/US) clients
Working Arrangement
  • Full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Remote / Work from home
  • Must be willing to work Australian business hours (West AU time)
