Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 6 years of QA experience, including 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in both manual and automated testing.
- Experienced in Agile/Scrum environments and CI/CD workflows.
- Skilled in API, Mobile, and Web App testing, including regression and smoke tests.
- Proficient in tools such as Jira, TestRail, Selenium, Playwright and Similar.
- Excellent in analysis, documentation and communication.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as Senior QA Lead and manage the QA Department in a fast- paced Agile environment.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve test plans, test cases and QA strategies.
- Review requirements and collaborate with Dev/Product teams to ensure testability and quality standard.
- Make final decisions on release quality-you decide if it ships.
- Track and report testing progress to the CTO and other key stakeholders.
- Mentor junior QA team members and promote a quality-first culture.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks or blockers proactivity.
