ADMIN & ACCOUNTING OFFICER

Job Summary:

The Admin & Accounting Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s administrative functions and accounting operations. This role ensures smooth office operations, accurate financial reporting, and compliance with financial regulations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage daily office operations, including correspondence, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
  • Support HR-related tasks such as employee onboarding, attendance monitoring, and leave management.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and company events
  • Assist management with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Accounting & Financial Duties:

  • Record, monitor, and reconcile financial transactions in accordance with company policies.
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Monitor cash flow and handle banking transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with local taxation laws and prepare documents for filing with the BIR or other regulatory bodies.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing accurate financial records.

General:

  • Support management in decision-making by providing accurate financial and administrative data.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company information.
  • Continuously improve office systems and processes for efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in administrative and accounting roles.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
