Job Overview:

We are seeking a Catalog Matching Analyst who will be responsible for ensuring that products are accurately and consistently represented across online marketplaces. This role focuses on reviewing, validating, and maintaining product information within the digital catalog to support high-quality and compliant listings.

This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy structured tasks, have strong reading comprehension, and are comfortable working with data in a focused and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Validate new products and variations to ensure accurate representation across online marketplaces.
  • Review and update product listings (titles, descriptions, features, and images) to improve accuracy and visibility.
  • Identify and correct product listing inconsistencies, such as missing information, mismatched variations, or incorrect classifications.
  • Manage listing reactivations, ensuring products comply with marketplace requirements.
  • Support seasonal and strategic catalog projects, such as product launches or large‑scale catalog updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Pricing, Tech, Customer Service) and external partners to resolve catalog issues and maintain listing quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong reading comprehension and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working on repetitive, structured tasks that require concentration.
  • Basic written English skills (ability to read and understand product information).
  • Familiarity with digital tools, spreadsheets, and online platforms.
