An HR Director is a key member of the executive team responsible for leading and shaping the organization’s overall people strategy. This role focuses on high-level HR planning, policy development, and ensuring HR initiatives support the company’s goals and culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic planning and management of HR budgets, ensuring resource efficiency and revenue optimization across multiple client accounts
  • Analyze and balance HR service costs versus revenue impact, providing insights to improve profitability and operational sustainability
  • Track and report on HR performance metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, retention rates, SLA compliance) to evaluate the effectiveness of programs across various client organizations
  • Ensure all HR practices, contracts, and procedures comply with local labor laws and regulatory requirements across serviced industries
  • Partner with client executives to align HR solutions with business strategies, tailoring workforce plans to support organizational growth and goals
  • Advise and support client leadership teams on complex employee relations cases, policy development, and compliance matters
  • Oversee the delivery of HR operational services—including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee engagement, and performance management—for multiple client businesses
  • Design and implement standardized yet customizable HR policies, templates, and frameworks that suit varied organizational structures and industries
  • Drive organizational development and change initiatives across client accounts, enabling scalable people strategies and long-term workforce planning
