Job Overview

The Human Resource Assistant is responsible to perform all aspects of the Human Resource function, including, but not limited to, administrative tasks and employee relations. This role provides consultative support to Managers and Team Leads.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Assist HR Managers in overall HR activities for Transparent BPO employees
  • Supports Managers and Site Director to enforce all company policies and procedures
  • Help ensure company policies are administered fairly and consistently
  • Help ensure legal compliance with all applicable laws as it relates to Labor, Sick, Maternity, etc. and process benefits for said leaves
  • Draft and/or process a variety of communications, including job letters, doctor papers, etc.
  • Maintain Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring employee files are correct. This includes processing information change requests, uploading progressive discipline documents and asset sign out forms.
  • Assist in employee onboarding, tasks may include taking new employee pictures for headshots, printing ID cards, etc.
  • Conduct monthly audit to ensure the department is meeting compliance standards
  • Assist HR Managers with employee investigations
  • Performing Benefit Administration and help conduct annual enrollment
  • Revise job descriptions as needed
  • Attend and contribute in Weekly Department Head meeting with Site Director and HR Director
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, including activities
  • Print ID Cards

Evaluation of Performance

The HR Assistant will be evaluated regularly to ensure process and procedures are consistently adhere to. Timely reviews will be conducted to ensure that all employee related affairs are addressed impartially and confidentially and to foster and maintain a professional, efficient, and family oriented working environment.

Education/Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or related field, or 3 to 5 years Human Resource Leadership experience.
