Job Overview

Radiant Global Logistics is a North American third-party logistics provider operating a cloud-first IT environment built on Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune. We’re adding a Tier 1 Help Desk Technician to our Cebu City team to support employees across our operations in North America, Mexico, and Asia.

This is an entry-level role with a real growth path. We’re not looking for someone to read from a script — we’re looking for sharp problem-solvers who can think independently, take ownership of a ticket end-to-end, and grow into deeper specializations over time (M365 administration, security operations, IT automation).

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests via phone, ticket, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot end-user issues across Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint), Windows endpoints, and internal business applications including freight and logistics platforms.
  • Perform Entra ID account tasks: user activation/deactivation, password resets, MFA resets, and basic Conditional Access troubleshooting.
  • Support Windows PCs managed through Intune, including enrollment issues, policy troubleshooting, and basic configuration.
  • Document every incident accurately in ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus Cloud and contribute to the internal knowledge base as you resolve new issues.
  • Assist with printer setup, toner, and troubleshooting.
  • Help users with VPN and remote access connectivity.
  • Escalate cleanly to Tier 2 and specialist teams with full context and follow tickets through to resolution rather than passing and forgetting.
  • Contribute to process improvements and small projects as you grow into the role.
Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Excel, Word) from a support or power-user perspective.
  • Familiarity with Windows 10/11 troubleshooting.
  • Basic understanding of identity and access concepts (user accounts, passwords, MFA).
  • Comfort with web browser troubleshooting (Chrome, Edge, Firefox).
  • Strong customer service instincts and clear English communication, written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior IT help desk or technical support experience.
  • Exposure to Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, or ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus.
  • Familiarity with freight, logistics, or supply chain software (Magaya, CargoWise, or similar).
  • Any scripting or automation curiosity (PowerShell, etc.).
