Technical Service Desk Representative

TECHNICAL SERVICE DESK REPRESENTATIVE
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School or Senior High School graduate
- At least 1 year of Service Desk or IT Help Desk experience
- Healthcare Service Desk experience is preferred
- Experience using a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, Zendesk, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willing to work onsite
- Willing to work the night shift
- Available to start in August
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Log, track, update, and resolve incidents using a ticketing system
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application-related issues
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support teams
- Ensure timely resolution of tickets while meeting service level agreements (SLAs)
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain accurate documentation of support activities
