The role

As an Operations Team Leader for the Financial Accounts team at Alorica Teleservices, you will be responsible for supervising a team of call centre representatives, ensuring they provide exceptional customer service to clients in the financial services industry.

This is a full-time role based in Pasay City, Metro Manila.

Key responsibilities
  1. Manage and monitor the performance of a team of call centre representatives
  2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Financial Accounts team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
  3. Provide coaching, training and feedback to team members to develop their skills and improve performance
  4. Analyse key performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements
  5. Foster a positive and motivating work environment to drive team engagement and productivity
  6. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience
  7. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
What we're looking for
  1. 3-5 years of experience in a call centre or customer service supervisory role, preferably in the financial services industry
  2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both team members and clients
  4. Proficient in problem-solving, decision-making and conflict resolution
  5. Highly organised with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  6. Thorough understanding of call centre operations and customer service best practices
  7. Familiarity with financial services regulations and compliance requirements
