About the Role
The Virtual Sales Team Leader (VS-TL) is responsible for managing and developing Virtual Sales Representatives (VSR) and ensures that sales targets are met- Promote and maintain the reputation of BPI AIA and its affiliates.
- Ensure each individual reporting to him/her delivers to committed targets and service levels
- Implement activity management based on agreed company standards and ensures assigned VSRs have complete logistics needed to perform the job
- Enable Virtual Sales Team support from each of the referrors in order to achieve referral and sales levels
- Establish, maintain and grow relationships with the bank’s Field Sales Manager (FSM), Field Sales Team Leader (FSTL), OF Team Leader (OFTL) , Area Business Director (ABD) and other key bank employees and ensure regular contact and communications through the conduct of regular meetings and other means to support the achievement of the area/team production target
- Motivate, train and coach assigned Virtual Sales Representatives and ensure that they adhere to compliance, code of conduct and market conduct guidelines
- Identify and arrange training needs of Virtual Sales Representatives and bank staff in his/her assigned area/team; Identify as well communication needs of each of the BPI Direct Sales Team
- Prepare and analyze required consolidated reports for management (both internal and for the Field Sales Manager (FSM), Field Sales Team Leader (FSTL), OF Team Leader (OFTL) Area Business Director (ABD).
- Establish and maintain professional relationships between different stakeholders of the company. This includes but is not limited to the Virtual Sales - Manager (VSM), Virtual Sales Team Leader (VS-TL), Virtual Sales Representative (VSR), etc. Their span of professionalism should expand to the entire BPI team, as well as to AIA PH and BPI AIA.
