In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Ensure the service level agreements are on target, generate reports based on team deliverables, and present them to management and counterparts.
Ensure customer needs are met on a timely and accurate basis.
Train new hires and ensure that they have sufficient knowledge and skills before going live or working independently.
Perform assigned or allocated functional tasks satisfactorily as expected of a qualified and experienced professional supporting the function.
Ensure employee communication within the team remains open, updated, and transparent and that the right information/data are provided accurately and timely.

Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering courses, preferably in Electrical Engineering.
Solid understanding of leadership roles and responsibilities.
General knowledge of Appleton organization structure and business practices.
Strong knowledge of Technical Support processes and procedures.
Demonstrated system and process knowledge.
