Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative real estate business in a role that combines financial organization with digital marketing creativity. Starting with a focus on financial tracking and analysis, you’ll help implement systems to optimize personal and business expense management while having the opportunity to grow into social media management and content creation.This position offers the perfect blend of analytical thinking and creative expression, with the potential to expand your responsibilities and hours as you demonstrate your capabilities. You’ll work directly with the business owner, using modern tools including AI, to drive efficiency and digital presence while maintaining organized financial systems.
Responsibilities- Design and implement comprehensive expense tracking systems for both personal and business finances in excel
- Maintain organized documentation of all financial transactions and records
- Create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn
- Develop and maintain a consistent social media presence using established content pillars
- Utilize AI tools to optimize content creation and caption generation
- Adapt to evolving business needs and take on additional responsibilities as the role grows
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of financial tracking and expense categorization
- Proficiency with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and YouTube
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Self-motivated with strong time management abilities
- Adaptable mindset and eagerness to learn new skills and technologies
- Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication
- Comfortable using AI tools and modern technology
- Minimum availability of 10 hours per week with flexibility to increase hours
