Job Description

We’re seeking a talented Virtual Assistant to drive our digital presence and client acquisition initiatives. In this role, you’ll blend creative visual design with strategic communication to transform raw content into engaging marketing materials across multiple platforms.

You’ll be instrumental in nurturing potential client relationships through thoughtful engagement and managing our digital marketing ecosystem. This position offers significant growth potential for someone who excels at both creative execution and systematic organization, with opportunities to expand responsibilities as you demonstrate success.

Responsibilities
  • Transform raw content into professional visuals using Canva for daily social media posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Manage and optimize our email marketing campaigns through Mailchimp, including lead collection, newsletter design, and automation sequences
  • Execute strategic lead generation through active engagement in Facebook groups, LinkedIn, and Instagram communities
  • Conduct personalized outreach to potential clients using approved messaging templates
  • Handle blog content formatting and scheduling to maintain consistent content delivery
  • Track and nurture leads using Honeybook CRM, maintaining detailed records of interactions and follow-ups
  • Provide daily updates via WhatsApp and compile weekly performance reports tracking engagement metrics and conversion rates
  • Organize and maintain content calendars, follow-up schedules, and marketing assets

Requirements

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience with social media management across multiple platforms
  • Strong proficiency in Canva for creating professional marketing visuals
  • Excellent written English communication skills for client interaction
  • Working knowledge of Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Honeybook
  • Basic blog publishing and formatting capabilities
