Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic Business Development Representative to join a dynamic digital marketing firm at a pivotal growth stage. You’ll be instrumental in expanding the company’s market presence by identifying and nurturing high-value prospects through sophisticated business development approaches.This isn’t your typical BDR role - instead of routine cold calling, you’ll employ a multi-channel strategy incorporating LinkedIn, email campaigns, and strategic calling to build meaningful business relationships. The position offers significant growth potential, including possible expansion into US markets and evolution into a full sales cycle role, backed by an attractive commission structure and clear performance-based advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities- Design and execute sophisticated prospecting campaigns using LinkedIn, email, and strategic calling approaches
- Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified opportunities in the digital marketing and lead generation space
- Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers through consultative business development techniques
- Schedule and facilitate high-value meetings between prospects and senior sales team members
- Create compelling business cases that demonstrate the value of digital marketing solutions
- Track and report on key performance metrics, with a focus on meeting booking targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of qualified opportunities
- Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions in the company’s CRM system
- 2 - 3 years of proven B2B business development experience, preferably in digital marketing or related services
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding business development and meeting booking targets
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and ability to articulate value propositions
- Excellence in written and verbal English communication
- Proven ability to build relationships through multiple channels including LinkedIn, email, and phone
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills and ability to work independently
- Professional LinkedIn presence and experience with social selling techniques
- Experience using CRM systems and sales technology stack
- Ability to work UK morning hours (9am-1pm or 10am-2pm)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to identify and qualify high-value opportunities
