The Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) is responsible for providing assistance to the Restaurant Manager (RM) in the achievement of the store business goals which include:
  • Consistent implementation of Quality and Food, Service, Cleanliness and Condition (FSC) Standards
  • Sales and Profit Growth
  • People Management and Development thru effective management of day-to-day operations.
Qualifications/Requirements
  1. Educational Background:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Additional certifications in food safety, customer service, or management are an advantage.
  1. Work Experience:
  1. At least 1 year of experience in the food service industry, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
  2. Experience in quick-service restaurants (QSR) is highly preferred.
  1. Skills and Competencies:
  1. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  3. Proficient in handling customer concerns and complaints effectively.
  4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  5. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Proficient in using POS systems and basic office software (e.g., MS Excel, Word).
  7. Knowledgeable in inventory management, cost control, and basic financial reporting.
  1. Physical Requirements:
  1. Physically fit to handle long working hours, including standing and walking.
  2. Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
  1. Attitude and Personality:
  1. Customer-oriented and committed to delivering excellent service.
  2. Flexible, adaptable, and open to changes.
  3. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  4. Able to motivate and inspire team members to achieve targets.
  1. Other Requirements:
  1. Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
  2. Must have valid government IDs and other pre-employment documents.
  3. Willing to undergo training and professional development.
  4. Willing to be assigned to any branch
