DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise kitchen operations
- Ensure food safety and hygiene; enforce kitchen safety
- Manage kitchen staff
- Monitor inventory and supplies; order needed supplies
- Quality control
- Minimize waste and control costs
- Coordinate with other departments
- Other assigned tasks

Qualifications/Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A degree holder in Hotel and Restaurant Management or related courses
- At least 2 years of work experience in the same field
- Experience with ordering and inventory
- Familiar with kitchen safety and sanitation
- Can manage a team in a fast-paced work environment
- Understanding of kitchen flow and food cost analysis is an advantage
REQUIREMENTS (to be submitted after orientation):
- Photocopy of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-ibig, and BIR documents
- Photocopy of NSO/PSA birth certificate
- Baguio City Yellow Card with Food Handler's Seminar Certificate
- Baguio City Working Permit
