About the role
This is a full-time Hotel Checker position at Benguet Prime Hotel & Restaurant, located in the beautiful city of Baguio. As a Hotel Checker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our hotel by monitoring guest check-in and check-out processes, room occupancy, and overall hotel operations.
What you'll be doing- Oversee the check-in and check-out of hotel guests, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
- Manage room occupancy and inventory, including monitoring available rooms and updating reservation systems
- Assist with resolving any guest inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the front desk, housekeeping, and other hotel staff to maintain high standards of service and cleanliness
- Perform routine inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
- Provide accurate and up-to-date reports on hotel operations, occupancy, and guest feedback
- Contribute to the overall success of the hotel by supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide an exceptional guest experience
- Proficient in using hotel management software and reservation systems
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
