Position Overview
The People & Culture Manager will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining a positive organizational culture aligned with company values and goals. This role is responsible for overseeing human resources functions, talent acquisition, and employee engagement initiatives to ensure a thriving and motivated workforce.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Ensure selection of high-quality candidates aligned with company culture
- Build and maintain partnerships with recruitment agencies, universities, and industry networks
- Human Resources Administration
- Oversee employee records, payroll coordination, and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Update HR procedures and documentation as needed
- Employee Engagement & Retention
- Develop and implement programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention
- Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback
- Recommend and implement improvement initiatives
- Culture Development
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment
- Organize team-building activities and company events
- Drive initiatives that strengthen company culture and engagement
- Performance Management
- Develop and implement performance management systems
- Facilitate goal-setting, feedback sessions, and performance evaluations
- Support managers in handling performance issues and employee development
- Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs
- Organize workshops on leadership, communication, and workplace skills
- Support continuous learning and career growth initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
