Assistant HR Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Assistant HR Manager to support our HR operations and help foster a positive, compliant, and efficient workplace. The ideal candidate will assist in all facets of HR, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, and performance management especially tailored to the dynamic needs of a construction workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Support employee relations and resolve workplace issues professionally
- Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and safety standards
- Manage employee records, HR reports, and system updates
- Coordinate training, development, and performance review activities
- Work with site managers to monitor staff attendance, timesheets, and discipline
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of HR experience, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- With a Background Experience in the Construction Industry.
