Is currently looking for a Senior Manufacturing Manager for our business partner in San Vicente, Liloan, Cebu.
About the business partner:
A highly skilled manufacturing company located in Cebu, Philippines, specializing in furniture and accents, is looking for experienced Senior Manufacturing Managers to lead and oversee production operations within the different departments.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all production processes, maintaining high standards of quality, and driving operational improvements by department. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in manufacturing operations, strong leadership abilities, and a practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Team Member Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee master production plans and schedules by department.
- Organize and coordinate factory workflows to meet production targets and deadlines within each department to contribute monthly shipment schedules.
- Monitor production activities by department to identify and resolve operational issues.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of production teams, including workers and quality inspectors.
- Allocate resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment for each department.
- Approve maintenance and equipment needs to ensure continuous operations for each department.
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in coordination with all departments and vendors.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the president for each department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related field).
- 5 or more years of experience in manufacturing management.
- Strong leadership and team player management skills with a proven track record of achieving operational targets.
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Skilled in production planning, workforce management, and resource allocation.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
