ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER IV
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Accountancy, Economics, Finance, Information technology, or other related fields
Experience : At least One (1) year of progressively responsibleexperience in any of the following areas: digital payments, financial management, disbursement, operations, systems implementation, project coordination, or other related work. Experience in coordinating with financial institutions and government digital platforms is advantage.
Training : At least four (4) hours of training in digital finance, financial systems, project implementation, risk management, or process improvement. Completion of courses or capacity- building activities related to digital transformation or government disbursement protocols is an advantage

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Oversee the implementation of Digital Payment and HDP in the CO and/ or FO within the scope of the FS/ FMD;
- Review and ensures reliability of monthly accomplishment report and other reportorial requirements on the status of Digital Payment and HDP implementation;
- Recommend workable solutions on issues and concerns raised pertaining to Digital Payment and HDP;
- Propose policy recommendations to the FS Director/ FMD chief on how to strengthen internal controls;
- Coordinate with the Program Implementing Office (PIO) and FS Divisions on the credited transactions/ served beneficiaries through Digital Payment Solutions;
- Maintains monitoring of all PIO implementing Digital Payment and Hybrid Digital Payment.
- Prepares correspondence relevant to the implementation of the Digital Payment and HDP Initiative;
- Review areas in the FS/ FMD for streamlining and recommend innovative solutions;
- Monitor reconciliation in the Bank accounts opened for HDP and Digital Payment as well as liquidation of credited successful/ served transactions;
- Review checklist of requirements and ensure consistency of with existing COA and other oversight agency guidelines
- Assist in the documentation of Innovative solutions and automations implemented within the FS as well as other best practices and;
