HR Director New
Monroe Consulting Group, an executive search firm, is hiring on behalf of a restaurant group. Our client is seeking a HR Director with at least ten years of HR leadership experience. This onsite role is based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, with a work schedule from Monday to Friday.
Job Summary:The HR Director is a strategic leader responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive human capital strategy that aligns with the company's vision, growth, and organizational values. While overseeing the functions of Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Business Partnering, the core focus of this role is Organizational Development (OD)-driving transformational change, leadership development, cultural alignment, and organizational effectiveness.
This position plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's workforce strategy and fostering a high-performance culture that supports business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
Organizational Development- Lead the design and implementation of OD frameworks, including competency models, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
- Drive change management initiatives that support business transformation, cultural integration, and performance improvement.
- Conduct organizational assessments and design interventions to improve team dynamics, engagement, and alignment.
- Champion the organization's learning and development strategy, including internal capability-building programs.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on organization design, structure, and workforce planning.
- Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition strategy, ensuring timely hiring of top-tier talent aligned with business needs.
- Implement employer branding initiatives and talent pipelining efforts.
- Enhance recruitment processes through data analytics, technology, and candidate experience improvements.
- Direct the design and administration of total rewards programs, including salary structures, incentives, and benefits.
- Ensure competitive benchmarking and internal equity aligned with business performance and market trends.
- Drive annual compensation cycles (e.g., merit increases, bonus planning) in coordination with Finance and leadership.
- Provide strategic HR support to department heads through business partnering, talent planning, and performance management.
- Align people strategies with business goals to optimize workforce productivity and morale.
- Oversee resolution of employee relations issues and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Master's Degree or MBA is an advantage.
- At least 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years in Organizational Development.
- Proven experience overseeing multi-functional HR teams, including TA, Comp & Ben, and HRBP.
- Strong background in OD diagnostics, design thinking, and change management methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, lead strategic HR projects, and drive cultural transformation.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance standards.
