The Director, Human resources is responsible for driving the people agenda for the NiCE Philippines. As a trusted adviser on all HR initiatives, the HR Director operates in deep partnership with the business in a wide range of capacities.The HR Director is based in BGC, Taguig City office and is a direct manager to HR Business Partners, HR Generalist and HR Specialist.
Scope & ResponsibilitiesOversee, lead and execute the HR agenda and strategy for the NiCE Philippines site.
Serve as the HR Business Partner of the site VP and Sales team.
Lead and execute employee-related programs and processes to drive a culture of success
Lead day-to-day HR processes, practices and initiatives to build and enhance organizational capability and add value to the business. This includes coaching leaders and managers, building winning teams, fostering a high performance culture and related processes, talent management & succession planning, employee engagement, career management, workforce planning & resource management, learning and growth, compensation & rewards, employee relations, onboarding, wellbeing and more
Advise on organizational design and drive change management
Assess ongoing organizational & people implications and implement the needed HR approaches and actions
Lead HR Business Reviews, Sales capacity reviews, manage HR analytics, identify trends and provide insights
Qualifications/Requirements
Education & Background10+ years of Human Resources experience from companies with best-in-class HR practices
Experience working in a complex, matrix and global environment
Experience leading HR for sales organizations – an advantage
Broad and deep experience as an HR Business leader with knowledge of change management, organizational development, talent management, performance management, compensation and workforce management
Experience working with senior leaders, establishing credibility and building trust
Experience in M&A HR processes - an advantage
B.A / MSc / MA / MBA in Business, HR, Psychology, Social Sciences or other applicable discipline. PHR or SPHR is desirable
