HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Manage employee records, timekeeping, and attendance monitoring
• Draft and issue employee communications, memos, and notices
• Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring labor law compliance
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower and administrative concerns
• Participate in HR process improvements and documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
• At least 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or service-based setting
• Familiarity with Philippine Labor Laws and HR best practices
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office and HR tools
• Can work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
