Marketing & Outreach Virtual Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a startup and make a real impact from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and schedule marketing content (e.g. social media posts, job ads, email newsletters)
• Write and send outreach emails to prospective clients (we’ll provide templates and support)
• Research and identify potential leads and contacts in target industries
• Maintain a CRM or prospect list and manage follow-ups
• Assist with brand-building across platforms (LinkedIn, website, email marketing tools)
• Use Canva (or similar) for basic design tasks
• Track and report on outreach and engagement metrics weekly

Who You Are:

• Excellent written English and attention to detail
• Experience in marketing, admin, or virtual assistant roles (bonus if in recruitment or HR)
• Comfortable using tools like Canva, email marketing platforms, and spreadsheets
• Proactive, organised, and able to work independently
• Friendly and professional tone in all client-facing communications
• Familiar with Australian business culture (preferred but not essential)
