Marketing & Outreach Virtual Assistant

We’re a new and growing recruitment business based in Australia focused on connecting local employers with top talent. As we build our presence, we’re looking for a reliable and creative Virtual Assistant to help us with marketing and client outreach.
This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a startup and make a real impact from the ground up.
What You’ll Do:
- Create and schedule marketing content (e.g. social media posts, job ads, email newsletters)
- Write and send outreach emails to prospective clients (we’ll provide templates and support)
- Research and identify potential leads and contacts in target industries
- Maintain a CRM or prospect list and manage follow-ups
- Assist with brand-building across platforms (LinkedIn, website, email marketing tools)
- Use Canva (or similar) for basic design tasks
- Track and report on outreach and engagement metrics weekly
Who You Are:
- Excellent written English and attention to detail
- Experience in marketing, admin, or virtual assistant roles (bonus if in recruitment or HR)
- Comfortable using tools like Canva, email marketing platforms, and spreadsheets
- Proactive, organised, and able to work independently
- Friendly and professional tone in all client-facing communications
- Familiar with Australian business culture (preferred but not essential)
