About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, results-driven, and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Voodoo Esports Cafe branches. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth branch operations, maintain company standards, supervise staff, monitor performance, and help drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Monitor opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure proper maintenance of PCs, equipment, and facilities.
• Address operational issues and resolve branch concerns promptly.

• Supervise branch personnel and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace rules.
• Manage schedules, attendance, and workforce productivity.
• Coordinate with HR regarding hiring, training, and disciplinary matters.

• Monitor branch sales and revenue performance.
• Ensure proper cash handling and accountability procedures.
• Analyze branch performance and recommend improvements.
• Implement strategies and promotions to increase sales.

• Monitor company assets, equipment, and inventory.
• Conduct regular audits and inventory checks.
• Investigate shortages, damages, and discrepancies.
• Ensure proper documentation and asset accountability.

• Enforce company policies and operational procedures.
• Submit regular reports including:
• Sales Reports
• Incident Reports
• Inventory Reports
• Staff Performance Reports
• Branch Operations Updates

• Conduct regular branch inspections and visits.
• Ensure operational standards are consistently maintained.
• Monitor customer service quality and branch performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred but not required).
• At least 1–2 years of experience in operations, retail, food service, gaming café, or branch management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory control, cash handling, and operational procedures.
• Willing to travel and conduct branch visits as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and report preparation.
