Accounting Manager – Disbursement (Non-Trade)
Prince Retail Group is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Accounting Manager – Disbursement (Non-Trade) to lead our disbursement operations and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial transactions across the organization.

What You'll Do
As the Accounting Manager – Disbursement (Non-Trade), you will:
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end non-trade disbursement operations.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant processing of payments and accounting transactions.
- Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and financial processes.
- Oversee month-end closing, account reconciliations, tax reporting, and financial documentation.
- Monitor operational performance and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Manage budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize operational efficiency.
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop the Accounting team to achieve high performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional financial support and service.
What We're Looking For
Minimum Qualifications
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Commerce, or any related field
Preferred Qualification
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is highly preferred.
Experience
✔ At least 5 years of progressive experience in Accounting, Finance, or Disbursement Operations
✔ At least 3 years of managerial experience leading accounting or finance teams
✔ Strong background in:
- Accounts Payable / Disbursement
- Financial Reporting
- General Accounting
- Tax Compliance
- Internal Controls
- Process Improvement
- Team Leadership
Experience in the retail, FMCG, shared services, or similar industries is an advantage.
