- Supervise accounting staff: Delegate tasks, train new hires, and evaluate performance.
- - Manage budgets: Develop, monitor, and adjust organizational budgets.
- - Prepare financial reports: Ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
- - Analyze financial data: Identify risks, opportunities, and trends.
- - Ensure compliance: Maintain adherence to tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- - Support audits: Provide documentation and reconciliations for internal and external audits.
- - Cash and bank management: Oversee reconciliations, transfers, and cash flow monitoring.
- - Accounts payable/receivable
Qualifications/Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.Experience: 2–3 yearS in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Technical skills: Proficiency in accounting software, Excel, and financial analysis tools.
Soft skills: Leadership, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
