The Financial Analyst is responsible for transforming and analyzing financial data to support business decisions, budgeting, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Extracts and transforms financial data from Sage Intacct to support reporting and forecasting
- Builds and maintains dashboards and automated reports for financial insights and KPIs
- Supports month-end/year-end reporting and reconciliation processes
- Performs variance analysis and reconciliations (e.g., AR, deferred revenue)
- Collaborates with finance, IT, and business teams to ensure data accuracy and system optimization
- Provides system support, training, and audit documentation for compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in financial data analysis, data reporting, or financial systems management.
- Experience in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (SUMIFS, XLOOKUP, IF statements).
- Experience with financial systems integration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with financial data analysis and reporting tools.
