- High attention to detail and strategic thinker
- Ability to analyze KYC requirements
- Experience filing reports with regulators, such as STR/SARs
- Have knowledge of and interest in the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry
- Preferred but not required, knowledge of blockchain analytics tools (Chainalysis, Ciphertrace, and/or Elliptic)
- Some working knowledge of the US and global AML Laws
