The Front Desk Clerk or Front of House (FOH) serves as the first point of contact for clients and guests, ensuring a seamless, welcoming, and professional customer experience. This role supports daily front-desk operations, client coordination, and administrative tasks while maintaining the brand’s service standards and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist clients, members, and guests in a warm and professional manner
  • Manage check-ins, bookings, and scheduling of appointments or sessions
  • Answer inquiries regarding services, rates, and promotions
  • Handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately (if applicable)
  • Coordinate with coaches, nutritionists, and other staff regarding client schedules
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area
  • Monitor client flow and ensure smooth daily operations
  • Assist in tracking attendance, memberships, and basic reports
  • Address client concerns and escalate when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications
  • Experience in front desk, customer service, hospitality, retail, or fitness industry is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using basic computer systems and scheduling tools
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
