Company Overview:We are a fast-growing player in the beverage distribution industry, seeking a results-driven Logistics Supervisor to oversee warehouse and delivery operations. This role is crucial in ensuring that inventory, fleet, and warehousing systems are operating at maximum efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage overall warehouse operations, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance
- Ensure zero inventory differences and minimize stock breakage
- Monitor stock movement and ensure proper piling systems (FIFO/FEFO)
- Conduct regular physical inventory of stocks, vehicles, and promo materials
- Ensure compliance with good warehousing practices and safety standards
- Prepare accurate reports on stock, fleet, and utility usage
- Monitor, validate, and approve warehouse documents and forms
- Supervise merchandising and promotional materials handling
- Recommend staffing, disciplinary actions, and improvements in operations
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and security of warehouse premises
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in logistics or warehouse operations
- Strong knowledge of warehouse systems, fleet management, and inventory control
- Proficient in MS Office and warehouse audit criteria
- Holder of a professional driver’s license (Codes 1, 2, 3)
- Highly responsible, organized, and capable of handling multiple teams
