KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducts regular safety audits to ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
• Collaborates with HCMD on APE and other employee health and wellness initiatives
• Provides basic health care, administers first aid, and/or nursing intervention to employees.
• Clinics and supplies management, monthly medical supplies disbursement, inventory, and requisition
• Evaluates employees' health, if and whenever needed.
• Provides monthly reports on safety initiatives, medical concerns, and medicine inventories as required by the department or immediate superior
• Reviews medical certificates, validation, and coordination with medical practitioners/doctors when needed.
• Aids in medical events and activities.
• Performs duties in relation to internal audit functions to examine, evaluate, and improve the effectiveness of risk management, internal control, and governance.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing and or Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Must be a Registered Nurse.
• Preferably with a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Company/Corporate Nurse/Safety Officer or other related experience.
• Experienced in handling OSH reports.
• With high moral standards of honesty and professionalism.
• Keen attention to detail and with a high level of maturity and confidentiality.
• Able to work during public holidays and rendered overtime as required.
• Can start immediately.
