As a Sales Support Specialist (BPO Back-office), you will work under a Sales Support Manager to handle sales contracts, provide price quotations, and manage various administrative tasks. You will receive training to advance your skills and career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate pricing and configurations in quote documentation.
- Prepare quotes for contract renewals.
- Ensure client information is up-to-date in database systems.
- Use Excel for basic functions.
- Process purchase orders and reconcile bookings.
- Develop skills for quality assurance and look for improvement opportunities.
- Focus on customer needs and communicate effectively with senior staff.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in the BPO industry
- Candidates with Sales experience are welcome, even without Back Office experience
- Experience with price quotations is not required but advantageous.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Competent in email, phone, and video communications.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Willingness to work onsite in Bridgetown QC (Beside Opus Mall)
