About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this role is responsible for end-to-end recruitment delivery across Engineering and Back Office functions, supporting our operating units in Canada, the USA, and Australia.
You will work closely with stakeholders across multiple geographies, taking ownership of recruitment outcomes, while also contributing to reporting, analytics, and strategic improvements within the TA function.
You will be supported by a Talent & Resourcing Specialist and will play a key role in guiding and uplifting recruitment delivery standards across the team.
Due to the collaborative and operational nature of the role, this position is based onsite in our Quezon City office.
Key Responsibilities- Own end-to-end recruitment for Engineering and Back Office roles across multiple regions
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, timelines, and priorities
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, and networking
- Manage the full candidate lifecycle, ensuring a professional and engaging candidate experience
- Work closely with the TA Resourcer to maximize sourcing effectiveness and delivery outcomes
- Provide regular recruitment updates, reporting, and insights to the Head of TA and stakeholders
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
- Contribute to the development and refinement of TA processes, tools, and workflows
- Support workforce planning discussions through data-driven insights and market intelligence
- Maintain high standards of compliance, documentation, and recruitment governance
- At least 7 years experience in recruitment & talent acquisition.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within engineering, technical, or BPO environments
- Experience recruiting across international markets (AU, US, or Canada preferred)
- Experience working on high volume roles and demonstrated ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers
- Experience in recruitment reporting, analytics, and use of data to inform decisions
- Strong sourcing capability across multiple channels (LinkedIn, databases, referrals, etc.)
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Advanced Excel skills are essential (including pivot tables, data analysis, and dashboard creation)
- Professional, confident communication style
- Both Internal and Agency Recruitment Experience will be highly regarded
