Mission of the Function: The Registration and Stakeholder Engagement Specialist is responsible for the registration and commercial switching of customers to Adventenergy, Adventpower, PRISM, TLIRES, and APRIRES (the "AP RES Entities"). The role also establishes and maintains good business relationships through engagements with both internal and external stakeholders such as the DU-MSP partners, DOE, ERC, IEMOP, PEMC, and other relevant external stakeholders, in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Customer Registration and Switching- Closely coordinates with Distribution Utilities and Electric Cooperatives, IEMOP, Retail Sales, and other relevant teams including Products and Analytics, Trading Operations, and Retail Portfolio to facilitate the timely commercial switch of Retail Customers (CREM/RCOA, GEOP, RAP), in accordance with relevant rules and regulations.
- Prepares and ensures that all switching documents related to the commercial switch of customers are compliant with the existing rules and regulations of the CRB.
- Maintains a masterlist of all customers registered as Indirect Members of the AP RES Entities for proper monitoring and provisioning of a single source of truth for all registration and compliance-related matters related to the customers.
- Coordinates with the relevant Distribution Utilities and Electric Cooperatives with regard to the execution and implementation of relevant Distribution Wheeling Service Agreements (DWSAs), Interruptible Load Program (ILP) Agreements, and other documents that may be required by the network services and metering services providers for the proper execution of the transactions of the AP RES Entities with the customers.
- Assists the Registration and Stakeholder Engagement Supervisor in coordinating with IEMOP with regard to matters concerning the Market Participant Agreements and Renewable Energy Market-related permits and documents of AP RES Entities and customers on the following areas:
- • Retail Customer Registration
- • Registration and membership of AP RES Entities in the WESM and the REM
- • Updating of Retail Customers of the AP RES Entities in the WESM
- • Updating of RES' prudential requirements
- Provides support to the Retail Operations team by providing the relevant data that is vital to the reportorial requirements and compliance of the AP RES Entities.
- Develops and maintains good business rapport and relationship with internal and external stakeholders such as, but not limited to, NSPs (DUs/ECs/NGCP), IEMOP-CRB, DOE, ERC, and PEMC.
- Engages and schedules engagement activities with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis and as necessary.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or any 4-year related course
Fluency in Bisaya (Cebuano/Hiligaynon) is highly preferred
