Key Account Executive - Manila

The Key Account Executive is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met, driving sales growth, and maximizing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and implement account plans to drive sales growth and profitability.
• Act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, product) to meet client requirements.
• Monitor account performance, analyze sales data, and provide reports to senior management.
• Identify new business opportunities within key accounts and expand the product offering.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key accounts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
