About the Role
AP HelpMeet Inc. is looking for a skilled and dependable Roving Service Technician to join our field operations team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong experience in air-conditioning systems who are also capable of performing general maintenance and supporting day-to-day field operations.
As a field technician, you will visit residential and commercial customer locations across Metro Manila to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations. Depending on operational requirements, you may also assist in minor maintenance works, pest management services, and company logistics.

Key Responsibilities
Air Conditioning Services- Perform preventive maintenance, cleaning, inspection, and servicing of residential and commercial air-conditioning systems.
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and replace air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults using appropriate testing procedures.
- Recommend repair options and preventive maintenance solutions to customers.
- Maintain accurate service records and job reports.
- Carry out minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and repair works.
- Inspect maintenance concerns and determine appropriate repair methods.
- Prepare the tools and materials needed for assigned work.
- Recommend preventive maintenance solutions to minimize future issues.
- Conduct site inspections to identify pest infestations.
- Perform pest control treatments using approved chemicals and equipment.
- Apply pesticides, misting, spraying, baiting, and trapping methods in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.
- Ensure proper preparation and handling of treatment solutions.
- Coordinate schedules and assignments with the office team.
- Complete all required service reports and documentation before and after every job.
- Maintain company-issued tools, equipment, PPE, and service vehicles.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, professional work environment.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians whenever needed.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional maintenance services that may benefit customers.
- Safely operate company vehicles while traveling to customer locations.
- Transport employees, equipment, materials, and company supplies as assigned.
- Ensure company assets are handled safely during transport.
- TESDA NC III in Commercial Air-Conditioning Installation and Servicing or equivalent certification.
- At least 4 years of experience in air-conditioning servicing.
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial air-conditioning experience.
- Valid Philippine Driver's License.
- At least 2 years of safe motorcycle driving experience.
- High School Graduate or higher.
- Willing to travel to various customer locations within Metro Manila.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, trustworthy, punctual, and safety-conscious.
- Willing to undergo standard pre-employment requirements, including background verification.
Preferred Qualifications
The following are considered an advantage but are not required:
- Experience driving a manual transmission van.
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
- Experience in pest management services.
- Previous experience in field service or facilities maintenance.
- Monthly basic salary of ₱23,000–₱26,000, based on qualifications and experience
- Monthly allowance of ₱2,000–₱4,000
