About the Role
AP HelpMeet Inc. is looking for a motivated and dependable Junior Service Technician to support our field operations team. This role is best suited for someone with experience in air-conditioning servicing who is eager to develop their technical skills while working alongside experienced technicians.
Your primary responsibility will be the preventive maintenance, cleaning, troubleshooting, and repair of residential and commercial air-conditioning systems. Depending on operational needs, you may also assist with basic maintenance tasks, pest management services, or company logistics.These support duties are assigned only when necessary and with proper guidance.

Key Responsibilities
Air Conditioning Services (Primary Responsibility)- Perform preventive maintenance and cleaning of residential and commercial air-conditioning units.
- Assist in troubleshooting and repairing air-conditioning systems.
- Support installation and replacement of air-conditioning equipment.
- Identify potential issues and recommend preventive maintenance when appropriate.
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate job records.
- Coordinate with the office regarding daily schedules and work assignments.
- Ensure company tools, equipment, and PPE are properly maintained.
- Follow company safety standards and established work procedures.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service during every visit.
Occasional Support Tasks
When operational requirements allow, you may also assist with:
- Minor plumbing, electrical, or carpentry repairs.
- Basic pest control treatments following company procedures.
- Transporting company equipment, supplies, or team members using a company vehicle.
- Other reasonable field-related duties assigned by your supervisor.
- TESDA RAC Servicing NC II (DomRAC) or equivalent certification.
- At least 2 years of experience in air-conditioning servicing.
- Experience working with commercial air-conditioning systems is an advantage.
- Valid Philippine Driver's License.
- At least 2 years of motorcycle riding experience with safe driving practices.
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Willing to travel to customer locations within Metro Manila.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
The following are considered an advantage but are not required:
- Can drive a manual transmission four-wheel vehicle.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, or carpentry.
- Experience in pest management or general maintenance.
- Previous experience in field service work.
- Monthly basic salary of ₱18,000–₱20,000, depending on qualifications and experience
- Monthly allowance of ₱1,000–₱3,000
