We’re looking for a skilled Sales Technician who can combine technical expertise and customer service to help customers get the most out of their devices.
Position: SALES TECHNICIAN
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Assist customers with technical inquiries and product recommendations
- Demonstrate device features and proper usage
- Perform basic troubleshooting and technical support for gadgets and accessories
- Provide after-sales assistance and technical guidance to customers
- Support the sales team in achieving store targets
- Maintain service tools, technical records, and organized work areas
- Stay updated with the latest tech products and features
- At least Senior High School graduate
- NC II Certification in Computer Systems Servicing, Electronics, or related field is preferred, but not required
- Tech-savvy with strong interest in gadgets and electronics
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Retail or technical service experience is an advantage
- With basic computer knowledge and troubleshooting skills is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in gadgets, laptops, mobile phones, and accessories
