What is the job?
The Order Management Specialist is responsible in supporting vendor and bill pay operations by managing logistics coordination, vendor relationships, and process improvements to ensure efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manages vendor relationships, SLAs, and resolves escalations
- Acts as primary contact for vendors and aligns performance with goals
- Supports procurement, logistics coordination, and shipment scheduling
- Monitors ticket queues and ensures timely issue resolution
- Oversees invoicing, bill pay support, and compliance with contracts
- Tracks KPIs, reports performance, and drives process improvements
Qualifications:
- At least one (1) year of experience in logistics support and mobility operations.
- Demonstrates strong computer skills.
- Collaborates effectively across teams.
