Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and fast-paced Freelancer (working from home) to support our Food Service operations in Singapore. This remote role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate order processing, smooth delivery coordination, and a seamless order-to-invoice flow in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
This position is ideal for candidates who are strong in order accuracy, system discipline, and cross-functional coordination, and who perform well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities- Order Processing & Billing
- Process customer orders accurately and on time using SAP
- Verify customer details including billing/delivery address, pricing, and credit limits
- Generate Sales Orders (SO), Delivery Orders (DO), and Invoices
- Ensure correct product, quantity, UOM, and pricing before order confirmation
- Customer & Sales Support
- Support sales teams with order status updates, documentation, and follow-ups
- Resolve order discrepancies (pricing, quantity, delivery issues) in a timely manner
- Ensure professional and responsive communication with internal stakeholders
- Data & Administrative Tasks
- Maintain accurate records of sales orders, customer data, and transactions
- Support reporting, system updates, and documentation filing
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and audit requirements
- Experience in Sales Administration / Order Management / Order Processing
- Hands-on experience with SAP (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling high order volumes and time pressure
- Proficient in Excel / basic reporting tools
