We are seeking an Accounts Receivable professional who is bilingual in Japanese and English to join our team in Southeast Asia. This role is critical in managing and streamlining our accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities- Manage accounts receivable processes including invoicing and collections.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients and customers.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and customer accounts.
- Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and payment discrepancies.
- Prepare and send regular account statements to clients.
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
- Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
