Brief Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Assistant shall attend to all administrative functions in the property.
  • Assist in the coordination of different property management services and functions for the property/project owners, occupants and tenants in the absence of the Building Manager or Building Engineer, the Administrative Assistant is expected to be able to take charge of the simple day-to-day activities in the property/project.
  • Assist the Building Manager in ensuring that all customer calls and complaints are recorded and, if possible, responded to within the day
  • Assist the Building Manager to prepare for community events including Annual General Membership meetings
  • Actively participate in the implementation of community development activities
  • Willing to be assigned in Manila
