Job Summary:
We're looking for a results-driven operations leader to join our Service Delivery team in Ortigas as an Assistant Manager.
In this role, you'll oversee daily back-office insurance operations, manage a multi-level team, and build strong relationships with US-based clients — playing a key role in both team performance and business growth.
Must-haves:
- At least 5+ years of experience in Insurance Operations, Service Delivery, or Client Service
- Proven experience managing teams in a BPO or operations environment
- Strong client management and stakeholder communication skills
- Skilled in performance coaching, people development, and team planning
- Comfortable managing compliance, reporting, and operational standards
- Bachelor's degree in any field
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of US Property & Casualty or Employee Benefits Insurance
- Experience with OPEX or continuous improvement methodologies
- Background in new client onboarding and account management
