Title: Sales and Reservation Coordinator
Reports to: Director of Sales and Marketing (SMS) and Head of Corporate Sales (OTAMIGO)
Location: SMS Corporate Office - Ortigas

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

The Sales and Reservation Coordinator is responsible for managing day-to-day reservation activities and supporting sales coordination across the company’s hotel partners under both SMS Hospitality Network and OTAMIGO operations. The role ensures accurate booking management, supports revenue optimization initiatives, and provides coordination and client servicing to drive occupancy and business growth.

This is a full-time, onsite role requiring strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Coordination
  • Support preparation of proposals, quotations, and client presentations
  • Coordinate client requirements and booking details with internal teams and property partners
  • Assist in managing corporate accounts, group bookings, and partnerships
  • Track inquiries, bookings, and conversion status
  1. Reservations Management
  • Handle booking inquiries, reservations, and cancellations in a timely and accurate manner across direct channels and OTA platforms
  • Ensure all reservations are properly recorded and updated in the system
  • Coordinate with property partners regarding bookings, special requests, and room allocations
  • Monitor booking status and ensure proper follow-through until guest check-in
  1. Revenue & OTA Support
  • Assist in managing room inventory, availability, and rate updates across OTA platforms
  • Support implementation of pricing and inventory adjustments as guided by the revenue management team
  • Monitor booking trends, occupancy, and OTA performance across managed properties
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of listings and booking details across platforms
  1. Client & Partner Coordination
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients and property partners for reservation-related concerns
  • Ensure timely responses to inquiries and requests
  • Maintain good relationships with clients through professional communication
  1. Administrative & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, client details, and transactions
  • Prepare daily and weekly reservations and sales reports
  • Assist in documentation and filing related to bookings and client accounts across SMS Hospitality Network and OTAMIGO operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in reservations, hotel operations, or sales coordination preferred
  • Familiarity with hotel booking systems, OTAs, or channel managers is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive)
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) for tasks such as handling inquiries, drafting responses, organizing booking details, and improving workflow efficiency is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
