Promote and sell company products/services to both new and existing clients.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and close sales deals.
Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales support professionally.
Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and company events as required.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, Marketing, or related field
7+ years sales/business development experience in construction or engineering
Proven track record in project-based or technical B2B sales
Strong network in construction/property sector
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Drive sales and business development for retrofitting and construction projects
Build and manage relationships with developers, consultants, architects, and property owners
Lead proposals, bids, and client presentations
Develop and execute marketing and branding strategies
Expand market opportunities and strategic partnerships
Maintain strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets
