Sales Specialist / Sales Officer (B2B – Hunter Role) | Makati

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Sales Specialist / Sales Officer to join our team in a pure business development (hunter) role. This position is ideal for individuals who excel at generating new business, managing the full sales cycle, and consistently achieving revenue targets.

You will play a key role in expanding our client base by identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and closing deals independently in a lean, performance-focused environment.

• Proactively generate leads through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Track and manage opportunities with accuracy and discipline

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development
• Strong background in outbound / new business acquisition
• With field work experience
• Proven ability to manage pipeline and close deals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven and comfortable working in a target-driven environment

• Demonstrated success in outbound sales (hunter role)
• Clear individual closing track record (quota, deal volume, conversion rates)
• Hands-on experience in prospecting and pipeline management
• Consistent outbound activity (calls, emails, meetings)
