About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage inbound sales calls and support internal operations as a Sales Support & Knowledge SME. You’ll ensure timely call routing, maintain key documentation, and serve as the go-to expert for internal knowledge, helping the sales team stay responsive, organized, and efficient.

Responsibilities
  • Inbound Sales Support
  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound sales calls, triaging and routing to the appropriate Closer by state.
  • Ensure all inquiries are promptly acknowledged and directed to the correct Sales Pod Lead or team.
  • Knowledge & Admin Support
  • Act as the SME for sales tools, processes, and internal knowledge.
  • Maintain and update documentation, trackers, and SOPs.
  • Organize internal resources (FAQs, guides) and respond to knowledge-related queries.
  • Perform accurate data entry and admin tasks using Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Identify process gaps and support workflow improvements.
