About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage inbound sales calls and support internal operations as a Sales Support & Knowledge SME. You’ll ensure timely call routing, maintain key documentation, and serve as the go-to expert for internal knowledge, helping the sales team stay responsive, organized, and efficient.
Responsibilities- Inbound Sales Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound sales calls, triaging and routing to the appropriate Closer by state.
- Ensure all inquiries are promptly acknowledged and directed to the correct Sales Pod Lead or team.
- Knowledge & Admin Support
- Act as the SME for sales tools, processes, and internal knowledge.
- Maintain and update documentation, trackers, and SOPs.
- Organize internal resources (FAQs, guides) and respond to knowledge-related queries.
- Perform accurate data entry and admin tasks using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Identify process gaps and support workflow improvements.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Experience in sales support, admin, or knowledge management is a plus
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset
