The Qualifications We Seek
Skills & Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of Sales Support experience
- Solid experience with databases and Microsoft Office
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus
- Experience and understanding of the sales environment
- Previous experience in an administration capacity
- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High quality work, including attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational skills
- An ability to work independently and as a team
- An ability to juggle multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Professional presentation
- Adaptable to change
- Solid problem-solving skills
Your Daily Tasks
Sales Process Support:
- Provide support to the Sales Director, Sales Manager, and Sales team as required
- Enter additions from the sales whiteboard into the Additions and Deletions database
- Process purchase approvals through Dynamics and update whiteboard additions
- Manage attrition, decommission, relocations, and SLA changes as needed
- Enter opportunities into Dynamics CRM with required information and sign-offs
- Contribute to the quoting process: device review, pricing check
- Update sales data in Additions and Deletions database
- Manage customer information storage per data handling policies
- Process customer device audits and liaise with departments
- Support Account Executives in processing attrition, credit notes, invoice resets, and service changes
- Assist with contract renewals and other requirements (NDAs, extensions, etc.)
- Help manage time and material quotes
- Create and format proposals, quotes, and tender applications
- Ensure timely completion of Dynamics cases in line with SLAs
- Provide Sales Support overflow for other departments when needed
- Create purchase order requests and opportunities for reps
- Assist 3rd-party vendor order requests and renewal logs during leaves
Administration and Reporting:
- Perform regular reporting in Dynamics CRM
- Generate and update weekly renewals report
- Compile customer service call and invoice reports
- Initiate and support sales projects as directed
- Remind team of invoice run deadlines and assist with DBU entry before the 15th of each month
